Can choose your own schedule and they are really flexible around scheduling if you require something more specific. The position has really nice pay prospects and a nice track to promotion and getting on full time if you are looking for that. Really as an employee you have a lot of control over your work schedule and skills you get trained on as you can easily request for more training on different positions and they accomodate a variety of people with different capabilities physical or others in general.

When providing availability for work hours make sure that you really are okay with the hours and times you sign up for, if you have a job or other responsibilities and are more of a person who can adjust easily to rapid sleep schedule changes you should be fine. It can feel like some fulltime or higher up co-workers expect a little too much when it comes to knowledge of a position and how to handle scenarios as it feels like you might be expected to know a bit more than what you have actually been able to experience or able to learn from someone else if they decide to teach you and you can get those repetitions in to memorize some information.
