Lots of opportunity, High paying, Overtime pay for salary, high salaries

Overwork employees, promote the wrong people (fail people up), cant get promoted unless you will relocate, usually doing 2 jobs at once, will cut jobs and throw responsibilities on the leftover employees, no money for maintenance, zero based budgeting for plants, people only care about short term results and will sacrifice long term sustainability just to get themselves promoted and leave a mess for the next guy
