The entire team is made up of like minded, competitive and smart people who work hard and play hard. They took really good care of their sales team during the pandemic and did not let anyone go from my branch. Management is very hands off and trusts their sales reps to get what needs to be done.
Kontras
Taking over the beverage world makes sense from a business stand point, but after years of pitching countless products that seemed to have just been thrown at the wall to see if it sticks, its hard to continue to believe in the direction of the company. Rather than sticking to what theyre good at, they force their reps to push bad products on their retailers over and over, putting stress on their relationships long term. Also, as with most big corporate companies, there is a game you need to play in order to move up, unless you start out in the STP program.
