GCC as this org is called in Bangalore is like a dictator's den. There is one man who rules this place and Senior Management allows this. Employee turnover is very very high. Work life balance is terrible. Employees are required to put in Linkedin posts, and clap hands for the boss's posts: else you are easily on this man's bad books. Each employee is supposed to take ownership as if his company, but in 6 months or so...most employees found out the honeymoon period just lasts 6 months. They have no inter-personal respect. They dont even know who to hire as interns. Most of the Senior Managers and Directors quit after a year or two. They treated Accenture folks like useless animals. Bsically hired in bulk and working towards firing everyone. Women get no respect whatsoever.
