Have never seen such an company where people are distinguished as per States and language. Here, Indian management will make you dream in daytime. Don't join the company blindly and regret after. In order to survive, you have to fight everyday and keep on remembering things to management. Be aware of micromanagement. There are 3 floors to work as of now. If anyone really want to survive and maintain growth, join any team but don't work for 11th floor managers. The senior managers are really horrible and don't know whether to react or to give reaction for critical situations. If you need any help from managers, the answer is help yourself or this is the challenge. Don't ask for any solutions, otherwise they will definitely have unrelated/unrealistic answers.
