There were some excellent people who worked at the company.

They profess to adhere to their 10 principles - but that's just a convenient way of avoiding making difficult decisions that truly affect the business. Systems and processes are *not* made less complex over time, important items are simply dropped and institutional knowledge lost. They do not value their people - see many work-life balance reviews. This is not a meritocracy - mediocre people who don't make their targets are promoted all the time. Too much emphasis on saying the right things, but not necessarily doing the right thing. And no thought for the long-term.
