Multicultural and very young environment, no dress code policy, work can be demanding but hard working people have opportunities to be acknowledged and grow within the company. Company culture is nice, beer events twice a month, team buildings etc.
Kontras
unpaid/uncompensated overtimes which can be very high during peak seasons, job can be also demanding and stressful to finish everything before deadlines, environment can be quite anonymous as there are many employees and teams which you don't get to work with at all.
