Sr. Management is completely clueless about business in the U.S. with constant sales declines that they make up for by increasing price. Beer is made using substandard ingredients sourced from the cheapest farmers they can take advantage of by refusing to pay them 6+ months after receiving what they ordered. Employees are not listened to unless you kiss some Brazilian's rear end. The whole work environment is toxic, avoid at all costs.
