Doesn't live up to their stated values - Senior Specialist II- BSC/ATR bei Anheuser-Busch InBev: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The company states that it values its people, but this isn't true. I have a friend in management, who told me his boss told him to push the employees just to the point of quitting then lay off. They think throwing you a beer at the end of the week makes everything OK. They recently laid off most of the people in my department so they could move the jobs to India. We have been forced to train the Indian counterparts and attend "rah-rah" events regarding the move. Although they are allowing us to apply for different positions within the company, it is obvious they don't value their employees.
