Abundance of opportunities, great compensation, responsive people, many mechanisms available to build yourself in direction you want. Training, coaching and many skill development tools are available for employe's 360 degree growth. Hyper growth requires high velocity so it might not likable for all.
Kontras
I don't see many as of now, but I feel 401K plan should have better employer contribution.
