60+ hr work weeks for over 2 yrs which included weekends. Constantly working around ever changing production schedules so I did not have set hours for a work day. The management that has long tenures were not open to hearing new ideas from newer employees. Therefore, older inaccurate ways and methods could not be changed to enhance business. The company should do a better job to realize that just because a person is a technical superstar does not mean they should be knighted a manager. They are 2 separate skill sets. Too many people put on PIPs and let go.
