Constantly work mandatory overtime. No home life. Way too much favoritism in my department. If you make a suggestion for improvement you never hear anything about it. Lead controls supervisor. Can do no wrong. Employees can do nothing right unless you are in the click. Tired of being treated like a child and abused, while the favorites can do anything they want. Don't ever make a mistake. You get a report card at the end of the month with your mistakes
