Pros
- Decent perks such as ESPP, wellness dollars. - Usually nice co-workers, but be prepared for many of them leaving.
Kontras
- Lack of focus on customers. The focus is clearly on making money and satisfying investors, not customers. - Lack of direction (or pretended directions that keep changing). This is wearing employees out. - Tremendous amount of turnover. - No PTO, but rather some funky 2-3 weeks PTO that are given at your manager's discretion. Time off cannot be rolled over to a subsequent year.
