Pros
From my experience, Adecco's internal staff is generally very bright. The company is very innovative and involved in charitable events and keeps staff informed of the company's performance and goals moving forward. Upper management does a very good job of communicating to the branches.
Kontras
As with any large company, there can be quite a bit of bureacracy to get something accomplished, and that can be frustrating. There are some departments that seem territorial and tend to forget that we're all in this together and working for a common goal, but that's also true of most companies in my experience.
