This company will throw you to the wolves and if you don't figure it out within a few weeks, you'll be fired. Also, the level of micromanagement was bewildering. I was required to take notes (my own personal notes that nobody else needed) in certain fonts and colors. Had to color code my spreadsheets a certain way, again for something that was not used by anyone else on the team. And try asking for advice, forget about it.
