Decent pay for temp-to-hire. Raises at 1,3,6,9,12,18 months and a nice monthly attendance bonus. Opportunity to advance to MSP, or "super-temp", with higher pay scales and extra bonus.
Kontras
Supposedly the best way to get hired by Honda. However, many temps were, and still are, waiting to hear back after their interviews that took place months (if not up to a year in some cases) ago. Meanwhile, Honda is hiring in people off the streets.
