Benefits are bad: No sick days, very minimal health insurance option that was due to be eliminated. Also, it's nearly impossible to qualify for "Holiday Pay", and if you do qualify, there were always problems with getting it paid out. It was usually a week or two late and was only paid when people would email them to complain.
