Unorganised mess - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Adecco: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Employed as a temp for the HO, as a former recruiter I feel that the recruitment process with new candidates was rushed and unprofessional. Compliance checks were questionable but due to high number targets, candidates were borderline assigned to shifts! No training given. Rushed lunch breaks and limited expense alowences. No 1:1’s. Assignment Management hardly acknowledges hard working Recruitment Consultants and was never available to speak to. Unprofessional mannerisms when placing new candidates out to work at recruitment events. Seemed like candidates were just numbers. Critical candidate checks were delayed until candidates are already working due to other business needs.
