- good companies to work at, as a leased employee - getting exposed to good work ethic principles, if at the right company - 23 days of paid leave (instead of the standard 21 days)

Kontras

- logistically overstretched team = very few people and a high work volume - being a leased employee, there is little room for pay raises or any other benefits - you are treated as a number, not as a human being
