Good benefits- tuition assistance. Great job to learn employee relations if you are interested in moving into Human Resources.

HR department was not there to support the field employees. Difficult to figure out who at Corporate does what. Pay was not consistent in the region. Tenured employees made decent money because new hires were brought on cheaply and given 1-2% raises each year.
