Pros

It is a good stable company with great future. I don't have a good idea of what other companies pay for this type of job, but it seems like we make pretty good money and the profit sharing has been great since it started 3-4 years ago.

Kontras

The latest performance review system has escalated to become a time suck where i don't feel like it benefits me nor the company. Managers have to curve fit everyone rather than using a standards based approach.

Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
