Where even picometers matter, this is an engineer's dream to work here. The influx of young, ambitious, and highly-talented PhD's is changing the culture. ASML is highly collaborative, where knowledge transfer is routine and encouraged. Management is highly structured and accountability is always taken seriously. New office and cafeteria renovations has created a better working atmosphere as well.

People get shuffled to different projects and sometimes limits growth and expertise in an area. Cafeteria food is sub-par. Parking is tight.
