Pros
Highly motivated technical team and great camaraderie. The grunts as they would be called were very technically competent and willing to share knowledge, The management in my office was excellent with emphasis on excellence while maintaining a pleasant working environment.
Kontras
The senior management was appalling, bordering on inept. They have absolutely no ability to manage their one and only client in the UK. They are not interested in any projects below £50M, therefore, when at the end of control periods they simply strip back there staff and wait until the money starts to flow again, this is not an acceptable business practice. I truly hope that everyone has learnt there lesson and does not work for them again in the future. They have absolutely no regard for any of there staff as they are merely numbers on a spread sheet.
