Pros
*Pay is good. *Opportunity to learn new equipment *Very helpful and nice coworkers *Fast paced * Good job for college kids. *Great benefits with some perks. * Can actually be a really fun/enjoyable environment.
Kontras
*Days can range from 4 hour to 12+ hours depending on the day. You never know until you walk in for the day. *Very physically demanding. *Most management is terrible. They will make you feel like you are incompetent, not worthy, and paranoid-- over very simple/fixable mistakes. In my opinion, certain management enjoys targeting people. * Power Trips/Struggles have made the environment (in my opinion) scary and dramatic at times. *Allegedly people joke that cooler management, "Sits in the office, eat Doritos." *You get told your job is, "on the line" every other month. Doesn't matter if you've been there for 1 year or 20. In my opinion, this is creating hostile, unsafe, and paranoid employee(s). *Almost none of the managers have done the "grunt work", Yet they almost expect the impossible sometimes.
