No protection for honest employees. Management encourages you to report harassment but later denies ever telling you to. They’ll admit the person accusing you is “playing the victim” or “crying wolf,” but still remove you to protect themselves. I was removed from the store an hour after a store manager acknowledged the accuser was the problem. It’s performative accountability—no integrity, no follow-through, just damage control.
