Pros
There were many different things you could do each day, especially depending on the shift, so it wasn't boring. It was a very physical job and I do not like to sit still all day.
Kontras
Shifts were different every week so that everyone had to work mornings, mids, and evenings. This was fine when I was single, but if you have a family and a schedule to stick to it becomes challenging to work around. Also the number of hours worked each week can vary greatly so it was impossible to know what future paychecks might be.
