Pros
Amount of hours Co workers were like family Predictability of job duties
Kontras
No discounts. Was told my pay was a discount enough. I made $12.25 at the time. (In all fairness pay may be different at the time you may be reading this review.) Raises. . They only gave raises in December when I worked there. I started in June and got my $0.25 raise 6 months later in December. The new hire that was hired in December, the same month as the raises were given out was given the same raise as me, even when she was still in training. Management... I was never treated well by management. At my one store the manager treated me so badly even the customers complained to corporate. Corporate called me and offered to transfer me to a new store. I worked at the new store for several months, never calling off, showing up in time, doing my best, etc. They weren't understanding during family emergencies. My husband's grandma ended up in the hospital and I got a call about an hour before my shift that we needed to come say our goodbyes... The manager told me I either had to find someone to cover my shift or come into work. I didn't have time to mess around calling a dozen employees to try and find someone when my grandma was dying. When I came in for my next scheduled shift I was told if I call off again I would be fired. Unrealistic time goals for stocking in the morning and ringing on register
