Management restructure during a pandemic that lead to shift managers taking a large paycut, after record breaking sales and putting our lives on the line being called "heroes". District managers play favorites and would rather hire people off the street than internally promote willing leaders who want their weekly pay to be the same before the pandemic. You will be expected to help train these new managers while making $4 to $5 less per hour than them. If they quit (and most do because they are not expecting the amount of labor in the job), you will be expected to do their job (without getting their payrate) while District Managers look for another fresh hire to replace them.
