- Long hours - Expected to always be free outside of work so you can pick up other people's shifts - If you take a sick day, you can expect to have future shifts cut as punishment, which can sometimes result in you not meeting your minimum contract hours, and then you owe the company money (time) the following month. - Management isn't very supportive if you need more experience in certain areas of your work.
