6% 401K pay match is the best they got Stock is pretty standard all the time

They discriminate in the team. Each employee goes through differential benefits. What applied for one doesn't apply for others. One team member got complete remote and occasional atlanta office visits(where none from our team exists). I asked the same for me and i was denied my relocation to texas from NJ. I relocated to warmer place as my newborn have asthma and NJ doesn't treat him well. They denied my relocation request and fired me afterwards. Super crappy behavior.

Pros

If you get a good team, you're set for life. The teams here can be amazingly supportive and always advocate for work/life balance.

Kontras

The company talks a lot about lateral movement and job growth, but I know a lot of people who come here to stay at the same job forever. If you like somewhere comfortable and no movement, this is your place. But if you're ambitious? This isn't the place for you.
