Pros

Corporate culture is great. There are a lot of opportunities for someone who wants to be engaged. ADP is a well-respected, world-class organization. I absolutely love what I do and the people that I work with. ADP is good at identifying the strengths of associates and ensuring that associates are leveraging those strengths. They've done an amazing job on focusing on wellness and compassion during COVID.

Kontras

Departments can be very siloed which means work is often invested in a project that never implements due to red tape.

Pros

Employees can dress in normal day to day clothing as long as it is tactful, events all month on-site such as the Farmers market . Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote Self-service coffee and cappuccino bat and beautiful break and recharge rooms.
