Pros

Great training and guidance. Very loose schedule, you have control over your day to day activity and success. Very fun, competitive, promoting sales environment.

Kontras

The job gets a little monotonous. It is great when you get into a position as a CPA "centric." There is much more opportunity there than with the regulard position. When re-organization happened in the bad economy, the ball was dropped and management was kind of a mess. It can be a bit unprofessional and leaves a bit to be desired. Starting salary is very low and commission structure low as well, hard to sell large numbers.
