Pros

if you want to retire from work and want to take home salary without worry about appraisal and promotion. Join this company. you are not very good in technical then join this company. Although they post job description in monster and naukri very very much technical but when you will joined the company it may be possible you will work in different technology. Horrible. some of my friend of Oracle and BI is working in Sql server 2000 :( and one of my friend of Sql server 2008 is working testing having 7-8 yrs of experience.

This company is not for technical person. Dont join company if you dont want to spoil your knowledge. ADP pune managers are so bad that they can spoil your knowledge. if you are not maharashtrian and or you are maharashtrian and not a chamcha personality then do not join thsi company... lots of biased person in Pune center.

If you get a good team, you're set for life. The teams here can be amazingly supportive and always advocate for work/life balance.

Kontras

The company talks a lot about lateral movement and job growth, but I know a lot of people who come here to stay at the same job forever. If you like somewhere comfortable and no movement, this is your place. But if you're ambitious? This isn't the place for you.
