Pros

No work pressure. You will be treated like human :-) Good infrastructure. People are Good, People politics is less in comparison to other Indian Service based companies.

Kontras

Before Joining HR speaks a lot about opportunities and make you feel it's the best work place, but they hide most critical facts. ADP-India don't have mobile access where as other nations do have access. Unnecessary security restrictions. No clear career path. Policies change from project to project, No Uniformity and Transparency. Onsite policy is just to retain employees. No great earnings, salary is low. (Best for people who are quite settled and are looking for a peace-full life). Major part of your salary (12%) goes under variable and ADP don't pay that if you are leaving company before oct-31. Finally works as Govt Organization, if you want to take a scan of the copy it will go for approvals in my case it goes to AVP some times I feel that senior management don't have any other work rather than approving our silly requests. IT policies and service is drastic. Not a Place to earn and take challenges.

Pros

If you get a good team, you're set for life. The teams here can be amazingly supportive and always advocate for work/life balance.

Kontras

The company talks a lot about lateral movement and job growth, but I know a lot of people who come here to stay at the same job forever. If you like somewhere comfortable and no movement, this is your place. But if you're ambitious? This isn't the place for you.
