Pros

I have worked for many large corporations but have never written a review. ADP is unique where managers don't micromanage and provide full support to associates. Most managers understand the concept of work-life balance which is important to millennials and gen-Xers. Compensation is one of the best for company this size and high performers get bigger piece of the pie. Throw in ESPP, Bonus, Pension, 401K match and it only gets better. On technology front, ADP is fast catching up by hiring newer skills and taking bold steps. It is exciting time to be part of One ADP initiative.

Kontras

None at all. Every bad experience I had with Yes-men and poor performers is typical of any company. Can't blame ADP culture.

Pros

Employees can dress in normal day to day clothing as long as it is tactful, events all month on-site such as the Farmers market . Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote Self-service coffee and cappuccino bat and beautiful break and recharge rooms.
