Pros

Work Culture and stability of job. This is also a very associate friendly organisation and the leader in payroll. Very high focus on associate development and client focus.

Kontras

None I can think of... We are the market leader in HCM space and will continue to see competition from small players at different levels. Hence there is no major challenge for ADP from one single player but have tuff competition from small players.

Pros

If you get a good team, you're set for life. The teams here can be amazingly supportive and always advocate for work/life balance.

Kontras

The company talks a lot about lateral movement and job growth, but I know a lot of people who come here to stay at the same job forever. If you like somewhere comfortable and no movement, this is your place. But if you're ambitious? This isn't the place for you.
