Pros

The elevator staff is wonderful and works together well as a team. The office works well together as a team.

Kontras

The ADM regional office in Evansville seems to have problems with elevator works and tends to just point fingers at them. This in turn causes the elevator staff to become unmotivated and really dislike their jobs. There is also zero communication between the office and the elevator staff. The office staff will state that they are going to proceed with communicating to the customers on a matter and then never proceed so it falls to the elevator staff. Which causes customers to get upset at elevator staff which in turn leaves bad reviews for the facilities and employees.

Pros

Great company! Good experience with the production aspect of ADM. You also get to have a large impact on project. You also have a great staff supporting you. They want you to learn and grow!

Kontras

At times you can feel lost, and not know what the next step is in project work.
