Pros

The company offers great pay and benefits. There is a lot of flexibility offered with work location with the ability to work from home when needed.

Kontras

The culture used to be amazing and management seemed to care for the employees but over the last 4 years, it has really gone in the dumps. They care about shareholder value ONLY. They pay lip service to the training they conduct but if you actually speak up and say something, you are retaliated against. Not blatant retaliation but you are no longer invited to meetings, no longer included in discussions, and get moved to a "naughty list". I have no idea how they were awarded a Top Place to Work - I'd like to know how those awards get determined.

Pros

Great company! Good experience with the production aspect of ADM. You also get to have a large impact on project. You also have a great staff supporting you. They want you to learn and grow!

Kontras

At times you can feel lost, and not know what the next step is in project work.

Additionally, the organizational structure is quite hierarchical, and there appears to be limited initiative from leadership to drive meaningful change. The role often extends beyond typical analyst responsibilities, requiring significant emotional labor in addition to technical work.
