Pros

ABB is a great company, growing constantly in the last years. It's present in more than 100 countries so plenty of opportunities. It's always investing in development of new products and trying to enter in new business/markets. Atmosphere at work it great and friendly

Kontras

Targets are always challenging, sometimes clearly not reachable. A lot of initiatives like cost reduction, reduction of travels that cause a decrease of your freedom and capability of doing your job well. The employee development program is not well organize, training is extremely poor and career development is not really present.
