The Culture and benefits is better than a lot of companies. There is opportunities to climb the ladder.

Management is becoming to involved with day to day activities. Becoming a call center mentality, quantity is better than quality. Doesn’t matter if you are killing your sales goal, if you aren’t making 40-60 calls a day you get dinged. High attrition rate. Pay is also low.
