Management in malaysia do not see individual work performance, but keeping pets in workplace. This workplace consists of too many office politics and no team work; yet bosses welcome it. Too many old timers who unwilling to accept new ideas and reluctant to change. Most of the employees who resigned from 3M were those with only 2-3yrs service there, who also did not feel any appreciation and value from management.
