Job Summary

The Content Creator is responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content that showcases the company's fashion products, enhances brand visibility, and drives customer engagement across digital platforms. The role requires a creative individual with a passion for fashion, social media trends, and storytelling.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

• Develop high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging fashion-related content including reels, short-form videos, product showcases, styling tips, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write compelling captions, promotional copy, and content that aligns with the brand voice.
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent and professional brand image.

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant trends into content strategies.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.

Photography & Videography

• Conduct product and lifestyle photo/video shoots.
• Edit photos and videos using content creation and editing software.
• Create content that highlights new collections, promotions, customer testimonials, and fashion events.

Campaign Support

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Support influencer collaborations and brand partnership activities.
• Participate in fashion events and create live content coverage where required.

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics.
• Prepare periodic reports on content effectiveness and social media growth.
• Recommend improvements based on performance insights.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Fashion Communication, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital content strategies.
• Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and visual storytelling.
