We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Call Verification Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• The Call Verification Officer will be responsible for conducting outbound verification calls to customers, confirming information provided during onboarding and loan application processes, and ensuring compliance with internal verification standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to verify customer information and documentation
• Perform prequalification checks based on defined criteria
• Accurately document call outcomes and customer responses
• Escalate discrepancies, inconsistencies, or red flags identified during calls

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND with 0-1 year of experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, and related applications)
• Must reside within or around Ikeja and its environs

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
