A leading brand in Engineering Management and BIM, with mega and Giga projects in its portfolio, the company seeks to improve its presence in the Saudi Market.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing new business development strategies, generating leads, managing accounts, and communicating with clients. The Senior Business Development Executive will also be responsible for staying up to date on industry trends and competitors.


Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Quotation and Negotiation phases of new projects
  • Identify and maintain a list of current and upcoming construction projects.
  • Track a sales pipeline and revenue forecast sheet.
  • Deliver company`s overview sales and technical presentations
  • Develop client relationships with new and current clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Lead generation through appropriate propositions, cold calling and ethical sales
  • Identify and target new prospects each week using various communication strategies.
  • Keep CRM updated with all leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Understanding of engineering principles and the construction industry
  • Manage contracts' negotiations and close new business deals and other potential clients.
  • Experience with BIM and/or Engineering Services is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Education: Mandatory BSc. in Engineering
  • Experience: 4 years to 7 Years
