There was a pre screening phone interview with HR, and three team leads. The interview seemed like more of "this is what we are offering" type of thing. I was then flown to Fort McMurray for a face to face interview. I was asked about me skills and what I bring to the table. After the interview I was taken on a tour of Fort McMurray.
