I had to submit an online application, the next step was a phone screening with relatively basic personality and fit questions. Once you pass the phone screen you need to do an online math and logic test. If that is successful, you are invited to the assessment center where you are asked to participate in 2 individual exercises and 1 group exercise. I found the interview process to be challenging but fair. I am happy with the overall experience
