The interview took around 1hr. Interview includes both behavior questions and general questions. There are total of 5 behavior questions, beware that behavior questions are similar. General questions include tell me about yourself, why do you want to apply shell and this position, also asks for short term or long term goal.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts
