Applied in Dec got a response in May (so waited for about 6months) to come for the written exam (numerical, situational judgement and personality papers). Got called to attend recruitment day 3 weeks after the test. SRD- had 4 sections. The first was an etray exercise (email replying). Second, a group presentation. Third, a self-reflection interview. Fourth, a case study analysis and lastly a competency based interview After everything was done, we were given feedback on our performance which was nice :)
