It starts with a case study of a fictitious region where shell is planning to invest and you are required to make suggestions based on your assessment how to proceed via a presentation. Next comes a stage where you are required to reply to various emails regarding that region itself assuming that you are already an employee of Shell. Than there were two interviews, one HR and another technical which also involved a technical presentation.
