Online aangemeld met cijferlijsten, CV en motivatiebrief. Snel erna een stel capaciteiten-testen moeten voltooien. Enkele uren daarna uitgenodigd voor korte video's waarin ik een stel vragen moet beantwoorden (i.e. waarom solliciteer je .. etc). De laaste ronde, met een 2.5 uur case interview helaas niet gehaald.

The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
